In addition to Accepted, Rejected, Checked, Pending there would be an ILL
option on the pull down for suggestions noting to the patron that the library
will get this via ILL. That said I would think saying 'Rejected' with a reason
of 'We'll get this via ILL' would be enough. So I'm closing this.
