OL will have to apply for an organisation code. See here for US MARC21:

http://www.loc.gov/marc/organizations/

It would probably be worthwhile getting one (preferably the same) from the
other countries' equivalents, too. I expect France has its own UNIMARC one.

For now I'm using 'OpenLib', but this is easy to change.
