* "It should always be possible to order more than 1 item"
  It is beinh handled elsewhere, not part of this bug

* "Shipping cost"
  I have changed "Shipping" to "Shipping cost"

* "Shipping cost" vs "Freight"
  These two names are used interchangeably. That is not ideal. I used "Shipping
cost" because it was specified like that, but some other (old) screens have
"Freight". I'm happy to make changes to only use one or another, just please
list the screens.

* "The freight cost divides up between order lines, not between items"
  Changed that, now it takes line counts if present

* "The freight price didn't show up in my budgets. I think it should be
detracted from the budget the items were ordered for?"
  That was not asked for. I need more instructions if we decide to go with
that.

* "The freight cost does not show on the basket summary page, but when editing
single lines."
  That is true. the basket summary page shows estimated cost and rrp - shipping
does not fit there. Can you please tell us what would the page look roughly if
we please shipping costs there.
