Unfortunately this isn't as simple as a template edit. MARC21 5** tags are
retrieved through the GetMarcNotes subroutine in Biblio.pm. If we want to make
a hyperlink out of some element of the data that's getting pulled from those
tags someone will have to write a specific check for it.
