I'd like to move that this is not an enhancement, but a bug.  For big libraries
that order 150 copies of a book this is unwieldy.  You should be able to type
150 in the qty box to generate the 150 items.  

It doesn't seem like a hard thing to fix and I do think it's a bug - or a huge
oversight to think that having to click 150 times is reasonable.

The possible enhancement bit is that when you type 150 in the qty box the items
should just be duplicates of the first one - so that you don't have to edit 150
items either.
