I see some problems with item creation 'on order'. It's no longer possible to
do a partial receive (example: only 1 of 2 items was delivered).
You can receive more items than you have ordered (example: 2 ordered, adding
another item using the +), but when saving, there is an error messsage 'Error
adding items'.
