Adds new param very cleanly, and returns more information equally cleanly. 
Marking as Passed QA.

One bit of followup I'd like to see for Academic and Special libraries:  ISSN
support.  Many libraries primarily collect journals, so having the ISSN option,
either as a separate field, as a syspref choice, or having it automatically
searched at the same time as biblioitems.isbn, would be a very nice addition to
round this out.
