Adding link to 7025, which I had filed without reading the the C4/Items.pm
patch attached here.

I'm not marking 7025 as a duplicate, however, since it's a more direct fix to
one small aspect of this overall bug report.  We can safely integrate the fix
in 7025 without making all the other C4/Items.pm changes in the patch attached
here.
