Simple enough change; adds C4::Context dependency to acqui/booksellers (by
necessity).  Branch detection method is lean (GetMember instead of
GetMemberDetails), and permissions are written out cleanly with comments for
each aspect.  Preference language is now gender-neutral (thank you!).
