[SIGNED-OFF] bug_5533: Slightly improved marking items as lost

Call LostItem() whenever item is lost.
LostItem() new arg - mark returned.
Disabled Lost Status on catalogue item edit.

For follow up we need to explain how to hide the 952$1 (lost) from
the framework by putting it in the 'ignore' tab.
