While testing another bug I ran into an error message in the French web
installer. One of the sample files requires an update to current Koha
structures:

sample_labels.sql
ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 3: Table 'koha.labels_templates' doesn't exist 

For testing I checked all sample content, this was the only error Koha reported
on creating the database.
