Also vote for such syspref. For cyrillic libraries latin string often not
usefull, need something like АБВГҐДЕЄЖЗИІЇЙКЛМНОПРСТУФХЦЧШЩЬЮЯ (Ukrainian
alphabets). Also will be possible some mixtures (if many foreign students).
