I've tested and reviewed these patches, and found them sound.  Some minor
updates to apply to current HEAD, and fix a small language issue in a tooltip.

Some new C4::Items subroutines here... could be very helpful in our de-nesting
efforts be removing the need to include other modules than C4::Items.  Will
investigate in the future.
