Thanks, Frederic for test and signoff. Could you please also put a signoff on
the second patch that installs the new table? Probably, QA would like to see
that too. I rebased it for current master now.

True. When this patch gets pushed, I will send an adjustment for
cleanupdatabase in order to purge records from the new table.
