Add aailable debian packages for perl modules to install_misc/debian.packages

Almost all the dependencies (perl modules) are already packaged for Debian 6.0.
 Find attached a diff to add those to the file install_misc/debian.packages.

Additionally, libcgi-session-driver-memcached-perl is available on
testing[1], not on stable.  But you can download it from here[2] and
install it manually, there are no dependency problems.  I'm not sure if it
should be added or mentioned in the documentation so I didn't include it in the
diff.
