TT template for opac-sendshelf contains a URL to the catalog in the mail,
coming from Send List. The template refers to OPACBaseURL, but it does not show
up in the mail.

This variable is not filled in the script; since it is used in a foreach block
in the template, it should be added in that scope.

Test this by sending a list from opac-shelves. Check the URL inside the mail
that you are sending (to yourself).
