Mustageem,

1- Koha 2.2.9 is unsupported by the community now
2- this problem does not seem to be related to Koha but to mySQL. At least with
the informations you provide that's the only thing we can say: mySQL has gone
away means your mySQL is no more reachable. Why is another question.
