Hi Evelio, 

3.0.x has already reached end of life. I suspect your problem was caused by
broken .po files. If there are fatal errors in the po files (caused by
translation errors mostly) the script creating the template files does not
finish correctly. What you can do to find those problems is opening the po
files with poedit. Make sure it checks for errors upon saving and repair what
the program complains about. Then you can recreate the template files and all
should be ok.
For newer versions it should work. If you still have problems you can use the
mailing list translate at lists.koha-community.org to get people to help you
figuring it out.
