Hi Edward,

First of all, you should update to Koha 3.4 (or Koha 3.6, but it's really new,
maybe it's worth waiting for 3.6.1)

Then, your logs don't say anything that could help finding where the problem
comes from.
If things were working correctly before, then you should search which change
has been made in your parameters.

Resolving your entry as "WORKSFORME", reopen if you can give more information.
