I think a short cut to skip the ordering/receiving process for presents or
other items would be good. 

How could we do it?

One idea: We have the actual cost field on the order forms. Perhaps when
filling the actual cost field for an order, this title should be marked as
received immediately. It would allow to order/receive in one step and shorten
the process while still making it possible to fill in all important informaton
related to an order.
