[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 6863: Shelf Browser images not showing up

Fixes case for Syndetics (test condition was scoped wrong, leading to "no image
available")
as well as Baker and Taylor (bad scope and capitalization on
BakerTaylorImageURL).
