OPACDisplayExtendedSubInfo and OPACSubscriptionDisplay don't exist on current
master and are not referenced in the code.

SubscriptionHistory seems to be only referenced from 2 templates:

This template seems currently not to be used in serials. It's not linked to.

The system preference seems to work there. It changes which view is preselected
when you click on 'more details' on the subscription tab in OPAC.

When showing the subscription information for a biblio, show ______ of the
serial issues. 

- 'a summary' preselects 'Brief history'
- 'a full list' preselects 'Full History'

I suggest to change the wording of the syspref to make it more clear what will
happen:

When showing the subscription information for a bibliographic record, preselect
[brief history|full history] view of the serial issues.
