I'm not in a position to test the OCLC Connexion Gateway itself, but the new
daemon looks to be alright.  At the very least, it's not going to break
anything.  Neither will the new web service import_bib.

The changes to C4 modules, tests and manage-marc-import.pl are all implemented
safely, with all changes to the AddImportBatch() subroutine changed to use the
new hashref param.

Marking as Passed QA.
