QA comment: I feel this patch addresses a real problem, but I also feel the
description is incomplete/unclear:

fix package build problem, move BEGIN into new

WHY is it moved ?

Can I rewrite it to:
"this patch retrieve $dbh when declaring a ->new() object, instead of doing
this in BEGIN block, that make some problem for make" ?

I think I can, so passed QA, will push
