on the parcel.pl page the add notes link is broken.  It is passing a hash as
the invoice.  Also, this may be unrelated but when you save that note you get a
software error "Biblionumber is required at
/home/koha/kohaclone/C4/Acquisition.pm line 1000."

Also, this is out of date again.  I'm terribly sorry Julian.  I try my best to
test it as soon as you rebase but apparently I'm not fast enough.
