I found a small bug in this that needs a follow up - the not for loan values
show the numeric value instead of the description.

Also the table is a bit too wide - so you have to scroll to see all fields. I
know i asked for more fields to be displayed when ordering - perhaps this
should be a new configuration option in the future. Possibilities I see are:

- make it a system prefernece with a list of fields
- only show columns that are used by the ordered items
- display table columns according to the ACQ framework
