Adds different authentication method for LDAP

To test:

1) Add a bind_with_service xml entry to your ldap configuration and set it to
1.  
2) Ensure that the service account is set up correctly 
3) Connect to either the OPAC or Staff client (depending on your permissions)
with your ldap creds

If you successfully connect the code works.
