Proposed patch #2

New version with darker green (and darker blue around the link boxes too).
Some tweaks here and there (focus and selection colors).
For the koha logo, without it the green hover effects and such seem to pop up
from nowhere, if we want to remove we would still have to find a way to balance
colors.
