QA comment:
* the 1st patch remove css declarations that are useless when you don't use
babeltheque, it's good. I just have added a follow-up with some doc to avoid
removal of this babeltheque.css file !
* the 2nd patch is tiny

Passed QA (patches pushed on master branch, they don't apply correctly on
new/bug_7470)
