Marking failed QA for two reasons (for now):

1) The new theme apparently requires particular configuration which is not
described on the patch. When I tried applying these patches to Master, I got
the following: http://screencast.com/t/8icjG7ovzXi (notice the messy masthead,
which looks nothing like the stylish affair on the Sherbrooke catalogue). In
order for the theme to be usable, it will have to work on existing
installations, without requiring everyone who upgrades to reconfigure their
system. 
2) Portions of the interface are now in French, even though I have the language
still set to English.
