Wow, a lot of improvements were made while I was gone for the weekend. Great
work Jared!

Sorry for the opaccolorstylesheet preference problem. Many peoples worked on
that theme and that preference was set correctly on all our test servers, so I
didn't know it was necessary.

For the preferences patch problem, I just forgot to add the SQL modifications.
I'll add them in a new patch.
For the TT conditionals problem, I guess the "multi-libraries" part of the code
I modified was a bad example that gave me a bad habit. I'll try to fix it too.
