Bug 8015: Followup: FIX cp and mv if subfields don't exist

Hi Kyle,
I tried to fix the problem raised by Stephane and I arrived to this patch. I
don't know if it is the best way to do it.
It seems to fix the copy and move actions if the number of values (in @values)
is > number of subfields already present in the field.
