I disagree here with you in part. I think especially in acq you need to know
what you cancelled, not displaying the deleted title really shoudl be fixed.
This patch is not easy to test, because you have to run through a lot of test
cases to do it right (items checked out, subscriptions, items on another order,
item title level holds on the items, etc.). So I think it might be worth adding
it.
