Hi wajasu,

I have done some more tests.

1) overdues.pl -t -n
The data output on command line is all nice and correct.
All items are listed and the fine amounts show correctly.

2) overdues.pl -t
The notices written into the message_queue table in the database are not
correct. Not all items are listed and fine amount is not shown.

That's not good.
