Hi,

I tried to test this patch, but I don't think it's working.

After applying the patch, I went to Patron Categories and choose to edit an
existing patron category.  Under "Branch Limitation," I clicked on one branch
name, then clicked save.  But when the Patron Category Administration page came
back up, it still shows no branch limitation.

I then went to Patron Attribute Types and chose to edit an existing attribute. 
The same thing happened.  After choosing a branch and clicking on save, the
Patron Attribute Types page reloaded with a message: Modified patron attribute
type "HBR" but it still says no branch limitation in the column below.

Next, I clicked on Patrons in the top menu bar and got this software error:

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/home/melia/kohaclone/C4/Category.pm line 89.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster at ByWater-Test), giving
this error message and the time and date of the error.
