Proposed patch

I've analyzed Zebra server logs and tested with yaz-client.
The bug appears when a single double quote exists in a complexe search query.
This appears when syspref "QueryWeightFields" is on.

I found that Bug 5651 was nearly the same problem.
So I added a replacement of double quotes at the same place.
