[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 8877 [ENH] MARC21 field 511 missing from XSLT

Adds MARC21 field 511 to the OPAC XSLT file.

Patch changes OPAC XSLT display,
511 is shown as defined by the MARC21 standard.
If 1st indicator is 1, the label cast is shown in front of the 511 field.
If 1st indicator is 0 or empty, no label is shown.
