In that case, there'll be a multitude of bugs:

$ grep OPACurlOpenInNewWindow
koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/en/modules/opac-detail.tt | wc -l
6

Also, I just retested it, and it works for me as it's submitted here. However
it does make more sense for the capitalisation to match, so I'll fix that up
for this case.
