The are empty if a copy has not been allocated for the patron. Being item-level
information, it cannot be displayed unless it is either an item-level hold or a
copy has been found to fulfill the hold.

This screenshot shows that it works in both cases: A hold which has an item
allocated for it (the first line) and an item-level hold (the last line).
