Robin / chris_c = I understood db_dependant directory as where we should put
tests that work only if the database need something specific to work.
A script that run subs using the database but does not depend on what is should
be in t/
that's why I've pushed Csv and Reports, and am not sure the 2 patches moving
them submitted yesterday are applicable.
