7249: Bug 7178: Acquisition item creation improvement

1) check_unicity.pl renamed to check_uniqueness.pl
stocknumber and copynumber checks have been deactivated, configuration of this
feature can come later.

2) created additems.js.inc which contains translatable messages

3) Not a typo, it's a Template::Toolkit comment.

5) I've rebased the patch on master, and can't reproduce the problem. Could you
test this patch once again please?
