As you can see, code b is followed by subfield b. That's fine. Code d fine too.
But code 4 is immediately followed by code 9! The uncloned subfield 4 is not in
the params array!! [[After UncloneField set the selectedIndex to -1, the
corresponding parameter does not reach TransformHtmlToMarc; the browser does
not pass it or CGI does ignore it.]] After code 4 the script exits the while
loop, skipping remaining subfields.
