I tested this in IE9 using Biblibre's custom sandbox system (well done
Biblibre!). I found that the patch fixes the problem in IE9.
However, I discovered another issue which seems to affect all browsers. If you
click the help link on the home page when the URL looks like this:
http://my.koha.test.example.com
...it doesn't work. It does work if the URL looks like this:
http://my.koha.test.example.com/cgi-bin/koha/mainpage.pl
This patch seems to be an improvement, but even if it is pushed the bug should
not be marked as resolved.
