proposed patch

new patch that reflects the latest comments. The four sysprefs have now for
options:
- Leave empty for "no xslt"
- Enter "default" for the default one
- Able to define a path to xslt file
- Year could Specific URL for an external stylesheet.

updatedb change 1 to "default", 0 to empty value
