I'm wondering if, instead of an automated email, there should be a better
system for updating borrower information. I would create a table to store the
requested data, then have a system where by the librarian can go through each
borrower record, see the changes requested as compared to the original data,
then give the changes a thumbs up or thumbs down. Perhaps the borrower could
receive an email confirming or denying the change request ( with an optional
reason, perhaps ).
