Well, my position here would be to say: if this fix breaks nothing for the rest
for others, and fixes the problem for Marcel, then we can apply it.

I confuselly remember we had the same kind of problem many months ago with
something that worked perfectly on chrome, and was not working on Firefox. It
was for AixMarseille university. And it was related to an empty select too
iirc. If I remember more I'll tell you here.
