CSV file contains no order data

Hi Jonathan, 

while testing this I spotted a another problem, that might explain why my csv
didn't have the data I expected it to have. When you forget to add an email
address to the vendor there will be an error message, but it still saves a
claim data and a claim count to the database. I think this should not happen.

Problems I found:

1) I claimed 2 orders successfully, the table shows the count and the date. But
when I mark them and click on export, there is no useful information in the csv
file. (see attached screenshot)

2) Perhaps make the link a button 'Export as CSV' next to 'Claim orders'?
Similar to the button for exporting CSV data on the basket page.
