Hi srdjan, thx for your new patch. The database updates and changes are all ok
now. 
I found another problem though when I was trying to configure my installaton
for testing:
Your patch removes the OPACItemHolds system preference from 
.../prog/en/modules/admin/preferences/opac.pref.
