Srdjan, I found a small problem in updatedatabase.pl (errant )), attached patch
should fix it. Otherwise, patch application and update went fine this time -
thanks! 

We are going to step through your test plan today - any suggestions for what we
should put in our NoticeCSS/SlipCSS files that you specifically want tested?

(It's easy enough to reverse engineer what should go in those files, but I
wonder if you have an example css file we could use for testing? It's ok if you
don't - I can make one and attach it to this bug.)
