QA comment:
a strange thing: the "upload image" button appear on the staff ONLY if you've
set "localCoverImages" syspref, not if you've set "OPACLocalCoverImages".
I thought (and still think) we could decide to have cover images on OPAC and
not on staff interface (otherwise, why 2 sysprefs !)

Other than this, it works well !
